Character:  A good, kind king, Ulmerad is slow to anger and believes in fair justice.   His aging slowed by his holy sword, he has become tired of witnessing the countless acts of destruction caused to his kingdom.   The years have created a strong but odd friendship with his one time rival Daravon.  He has become much more happy since his marriage to Allamir, and in fact, ever since he began to allow her to make decisions for the kingdom, he has slept much better.
