The Glacial Flood

Tempi Frei is the third of the four dragon siblings.  Her body is very specialized, enabling her to swim through the oceans at great speed.  Her magical abilities are outstanding, surpassing those even of her eldest sister.  This has lead her to forsake her physical abilities and focus on her magical ones.  Because of this, she can no longer walk on land normally, but instead uses her magiks to move her from place to place on land.  It has been said that Tempi Frei can, and has, leveled entire islands, and perhaps continents, in one, powerful blast of her breath weapon.
