Castle Arrandrall
Far north of Kahlan, in the lands where the Dwarves reside, lies Castle
Arrandrall. As dwarven castles go, it is an enigma upon first glance.
While most dwarven castles are built within or between mountains, Castle
Arrandrall was built in the middle of a valley, totally separated from the
mountain homes of the Dwarves. However, upon closer inspection it can
be seen that the castle was built with a greater purpose. Within the
courtyard of the castle once stood two statues, representing a great battle
that occurred between a great sorcerer, hell bent on destroying the Dwarves,
and the great earth demon Vildegraas.
