The two knights slowly made their way to the shoreline, and were welcomed by smiles by the two women. Garalt and Kullvox collapsed on the shoreline and looked at each other, laughing to themselves. They looked ridiculous, covered in lake mud and water plants. Slowly, the two knights took off their armor and rung out most of their clothes, keeping in mind that there were two ladies in their midst.

    As soon as they had their armor back on, Kullvox looked about their surroundings.
    "Milady, we must move out. It may be safe here for now, what is left of Ethelred's strike force could show up here." Kullvox informed them.
    "So where do you plan us to go from here?" Allamir asked.
    "Well, Ethelred may be moving his forces to block off any travel from here to the Capitol..." Kullvox sighed, looking around.

    "So that would mean hiking to Corincia..." Garalt said, picking up his weapon and shield.
    "Gibben's fortress?" Allamir questioned the two knights.
    "It's the closest major defensive structure other than the Capitol, Milady," Kullvox answered, "Let us hope we won't have much problems moving through the Venorian Forest. There are a lot of odd things that happen in there."
