"KULLVOX?!" Garalt shouted, running toward Demonclaw and Garn, holding up a limp man.
"Lookie what we found," Demonclaw smiled.
"I never thought I'd ever see you again," Garalt said, hugging his old teacher and trying to hold back tears.
"It's good to see you too, whelp," Kullvox chuckled, hugging Garalt and patting his back lightly.  The rest of the group began to gather around the old knight.  Garalt looked Kullvox over slightly.  His hair was longer, and he was now only wearing his base armor, but all in all he looked to be in good shape.
"There's not a scratch on you?  What happened? How...?" Garalt asked quickly, finding himself not having enough time to ask a thousand questions.
"Immortal dragons apparently don't actually need to eat," Kullvox said, rubbing the back of his neck, "When the black dragon swallowed me, I wasn't killed, well, obviously," Kullvox chuckled lightly, "The odd thing was, that she actually healed me.  I was held captive within her, nourished by her."
"What?" asked Alyia, scratching her head.
"Apparently she wanted to absorb me, well, my spirit.  Sir Liphon unfortunately joined me inside of her as well.  We could see each other, but we could not talk.  He was absorbed quickly.  She told me that it was because of the information I had and because of my strong spirit that she wanted my soul."
"That would explain why she knew who I was by name," Garalt said to himself.
"I could hear you talking to her, you sure have changed whelp, you've become quite a stern warrior," Kullvox said looking him over.  Garalt smiled.
"But why did Liphon go before you, if he was eaten after you were?" Garalt asked, puzzled at the very idea of what he just asked.  It sounded much to gruesome and odd to be said aloud.
"She explained that too, something about his soul being 'darker' than mine.  It was because of my 'light' soul that it took so long.  She tortured me every minute she had free..." Kullvox sighed heavily, shaking at the thought.
