"Illuminate our path, give us light, Candle Spark!"   As Greylen spoke, a small sphere of light rose from his hands and began to float high above their heads.  Suddenly the whole room was filled with a bright light, illuminating over fifty yards in every direction.
The group began to fan out around the cave, looking for any hint of some treasure or artifact that would lead them to the tower's true power.  Garalt began to feel about the rock wall he had come across when he first entered the cave.  But everything seemed the same, there was no hint of there being anything special here.  Garalt turned around to look at his comrades, who seemed to be having the same luck.  Kullvox was close by, also examining the rock face, while Garn and Greylen had gone to the left side of the cave.  Moraine and Demonclaw were searching on the right side, looking around the outer wall of the cave for any clues.

After about an hour of searching, the group gathered in the left end of the narrow cave.  Garalt began to question each person as to any little thing they might have found.  Every one had found nothing unusual about the rock walls and powdered dirt floor.  In fact, the cave was simply barren and plain.
"Well this didn't turn up anything, did it," Garn was disappointed.  As was the rest of the group.
"I know of no other caves in this area," Kullvox said, staring at the ground, drawing in the dirt with his mace, "so either this is the cave we were looking for and whatever we're looking for isn't here anymore, or Greylen needs to reexamine the texts in the tower."
"I suppose we could go back...." Greylen stopped short in his conversation.  Garalt looked about confused.
Garalt began to look at each of his comrades who were all frozen, all looking at one point.  Garalt finally caught on and turned to see what it was they were looking at.  There, in the rock face, above his head, was a large, blinking eye.  It was looking about at the group slowly, and everyone was holding their breath.  That is, until they heard the distinctive sound of growling.  A deep, penetrating, angry growl.  Garalt began to feel his knees about to buckle beneath him at the sound.
